During my time as a Business Development Intern for Employee Plans and Services, I was given great responsibilities that are often not expected of interns. Some of my responsibilities included lead generation and scheduling sales presentations, which were key aspects to the growth of the company. I enjoyed the level of autonomy and responsibility I had while working, knowing that I was having a direct impact on the business. Being a sales related position, the harder you work, the more money you can earn. This work-hard mentality resulted in me driving growth for the company, as well as developing many business-related skills that I will take with me. I am grateful for the personal and professional growth I experienced while interning at EPS, and I feel prepared for my career ahead.
